Conference Fee

The registration fee includes the publication processing fee, a copy of the conference proceedings, and access to all conference sessions, presentations, videos, and other supporting materials.

 
  • Regular paper fee - 300 EUR
  • Student paper fee* - 200 EUR
  • Additional paper fee - 120 EUR
  • Attendees without a paper - 50 EUR
  • IEEE Members discount** - 15%

* applicable when all authors are students / PhD students

** IEEE membership for the year 2021 is required

Authors of accepted papers can register for participation in the BIA-2021 conference by filling out the Registration Form. 

Currently, a bank transfer is the only available option for the Registration Fee payments. 

 

Registration Procedure

  1. Please, download the BIA-2021 Registration Form.
  2. Send the filled-in registration form to the BIA-2021 Organizing Committee (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by May 16th, 2022
  3. Bank transfer details -- accounts for payments in EUROs (€) and in BGN (лева)
